St. Louis, MO December 17, 2012 – Supplies Network now offers Xerox eConcierge, a cloud-based supplies replenishment program, providing an option to dealers making it faster and easier for their customers to order printing supplies and reward them with free lifetime service. This program coupled with Supplies Network’s distribution network and cost-effective shipping model provides dealers an extremely efficient way to manage their customer’s printing systems.
The Xerox Replacement Cartridge line included as part of the program will allow dealers and their customers a lower-cost, high-quality alternative to OEM cartridges for competitive devices. Dealers have the opportunity to increase revenues by using Xerox eConcierge to sell to more customers, while improving margins on non-Xerox devices using replacement cartridges by having orders automatically fulfilled.
